In-Store Credit only for now.

You are given 25 days to return a purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Note: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded as an In-Store Credit in the form of a Zehn Hair Spa & Co. e-Gift Card. We do not issue store credits or refunds for shipping charges.

Some photos may not show true colors of apparel.  We aim constantly aim to provide awesome pics. Apparel is truly nice in person.  Thank you for your understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In Store Credit cont...

In-store credit will automatically be given if default is found in your purchase by proof of your pictures showing damage.  All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached, and liquids may not be half-full to be considered an in-store credit.
